What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address and the timestamp of your signup. That is it. We do not ask for a name, phone number, or company unless you fill out the work-with-me form, where the fields are explicit.

Page analytics are handled by Plausible, a cookie-less, GDPR-compliant analytics platform. They do not track individual visitors or assign persistent identifiers.

Where the data lives

Subscriber emails are stored in Airtable, hosted in the United States. Plausible analytics data is stored in the European Union. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or affiliate beacons.

What we never do

• Sell your email or any other data.
• Share your data with sponsors or advertisers.
• Track you across other sites.
• Run programmatic ads on Lookout.

How to delete your data

Reply to any newsletter email with “unsubscribe”, or email hello@mylookout.xyz. We will remove your record within 7 days and confirm in writing.

Changes

If we ever change this policy in a material way, we will notify subscribers by email. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications) will be posted here without notice.
